A wonderful house - great for families or a group of friends. Sinead clearly takes great care of the house and is very experienced. The house is spacious - actually you can get a lot of privacy as every bedroom is on a different floor/level. The fireplace adds a cozy touch and it was lovely to have dinner in the dining area next to it. The instructions and the manual provided were very clear and detailed. Definitely recommend.

Picturesque location, spacious house, from the ever lovely Sinead made visiting Como, Bellagio, Lezzo, Barzio etc part of one of our most memorable holiday trips, this winter. Just remember to bring - a nice mood, and some sweet company. We did :)

The place is great we had a very good time in Lezzeno. The house is cozy, well equipped and well located if you want to visit Como Lake area. Sinead was very responsive and instructions were clear and easy. Highly recommended!

We loved this place! Sinead was an amazing host, the place is beautiful and would recommend everyone stay here. We took the bus and was easy to find from there. The views are breathtaking, the home is.....perfect.

Our little group had a wonderful time in Casa Camelia! Sinead was a very responsive host - very approachable and helpful with tips etc. The house itself is charming and everything we wanted for our trip. The multilevel layout is really nice for group/family travel, helps create a sense of space so you're not in each others pockets 24/7. Amenities were all in great condition and we had everything we could have wanted. Location is gorgeous, we loved Lezzeno and being somewhere a little calmer and cleaner than the bigger towns. I'm already dreaming about returning in a slightly warmer season! Thank you so much Sinead for having us and all your help!

Sinead’s place is better than what you can tell by the pictures. Hidden in a really local area that makes you feel your inside a Italian movie. Amazing view, huge, super clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you can think about. We were there outside the high season time, therefore we couldn’t find many restaurants and shops open around us. Not a problem if you have a car, cause the next town is very close and you can find everything there. I would definitely recommend for everyone that likes to escape the traditional touristic accommodation. Thanks very much Sinead! This was an amazing place to stay with some incredible views of Lake Como. She also has access to a terrace that has a BBQ, picnic table, and an umbrella with an even more stunning view of the lake. Sinead was more than helpful with recommendations and was very quick to respond to any questions!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 4 and our parents as we had two separate floors but also had the common areas (kitchen and family room)! A beautiful home away from home :) with old city charm. The views are great! Sinead is an amazing host who is extremely responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

The place is situated from a short bus ride to Bellagio. Sinead had perfect instructions to find the house. We flew to Milan and got our rental car. The drive was simple for most of the ride but once we got to the Como area, the roads narrowed and had many turns so prepare yourself for the ride. Once you get to the house, there is a small parking area to leave the car, but you have a 3 minute climb to the house so consider that with your luggage. Once you make the climb, you are rewarded with a beautiful home with plenty of room. There are 3 full bathrooms which make it easy to get ready for the day. Just outside of the house, you take a 30 second walk down a path to a patio overlooking the lake. In Bellagio, we found a shop to get prosciutto, dried sausage, cheese bread and wine to bring to the patio and watch the sunset over the lake while enjoying the food. Sinead had great places to visit. The most memorable was the restaurant at the bottom of the stairs to the road on the left. The owner of the restaurant had no room for us, but he did fit us in and we had a great meal. At the end of the meal, he gave us a tour of his wine cellar which was spectacular. We will miss Lezzeno and Lake Como

Sinead was fantastic with her communication on getting to her apartment, what to expect and things to do around the area. The apartment is stylish and the views are amazing. Lezzeno is a beautiful location and within easy travelling distance to explore the local areas. Our family of 5 enjoyed the space of Sinead's apartment and the kids especially as they watched Netflix movies upstairs after a big day out. I can thoroughly recommend staying here. Regards Nigel

What a wonderful place. The accommodation was stylish and impeccably clean! Sinead made it super easy to check in and was incredibly quick to respond with any questions or updating on check in or check out time. We had a family of 5 (small children) and grandparents stay and had a lot of space in the dining kitchen as well as the living area upstairs. The outdoor areas are also wonderful. Highly recommend and we hope to be back at some point.

Sinéad’s home is absolutely beautiful - recently renovated and very comfortable! It has lovely views of Lake Como and a patio we wish we could have taken more advantage of (but the weather wasn’t ideal). Sinéad was always extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us find our way around Lake Como area. The home is only a 15 min drive outside of Bellagio. If you’re looking for a smaller town outside of the bustle, this place is perfect! There are several delicious and picturesque restaurants you can access directly from the place too. We hope to be back!

We loved our stay in Lezzeno at Sinead’s place. The information that she left for us was very helpful and communication was fabulous! I would highly recommend staying here. The terrace was just gorgeous!!

This house is a true gem! Not only it has been wonderfully renovated by preserving the original structure but it is also lovely decorated. We shared the place with two families and had a comfortable stay for all of us (4 adults and 5 children). The location is breathtaking, there is plenty to explore in the area. Communication was nice and easy and the place was spotless, we were truly amazed!

Logement plein de charme et très cosy. Il correspond aux photos et il est situé dans un village escarpé mais typique. Propreté impeccable et le logement est très bien équipé: les petites attentions font très plaisir (vin, nespresso, dvd disponibles..) Sinead est disponible en cas de besoin ce qui est très appréciable. Un super séjour !

Sinead was on top of every question we had during our Thanksgiving day, and her quick responses helped make our weekend perfect. The pictures don't lie: it's a beautiful house in a gorgeous location. I've rented a lot of places that mislead with the photos, but it was certainly not the case this time around. I hope I can make it back to Lake Como to rent this place again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lezzeno. L'emplacement a beaucoup de charme et est très calme. La maison a du cachet, elle est sur 3 niveaux ce qui permet de bien séparer les espaces de vie et de nuit. C'est une belle rénovation. La déco est simple et jolie. Sinead est particulièrement réactive et accueillante. nous avons toutes les informations nécessaires. C'est une location à recommander les yeux fermés !

Sinead’s house was stunning. Views of the lake from almost every window and thoughtfully designed to make use of space in an excellent way. The perfect blend of rustic and modern elements makes you not want to leave the house - which is shame as the area has so much to offer. Beautiful place that we can’t wait to return to :)

Perfect family place! I have three small children and my mom and husband with me and we were all very comfortable with ample space and all the little extras you could ask for. There is a stony beach just a five minute walk down the stairs from the apartment and me and the kids spend the days there, it was just lovely. And at night i was able to sneak away for a little sunset swim alone, just stunning! Oh! And you can see the lake from the apartment dinner table and top windows! It was just lovely and so relaxing. Oh! And one more great little extra: i had a little mission getting there (so many kids!;)) and Sinead walked me through the directions on the phone since she had to be away when we were there...after getting in, the very nice young man who cares for the apartment came and brought us a bottle of wine to help us settle in...that was GREATLY appreciated by this tired Muma A very big thanks to Sinead and Daniel for making us feel so welcome and relaxed!

Fantastisk hus til et ophold ved Comosøen. Lækkert nyistandsat og med perfekt beliggenhed - skøn udsigt, tæt på søen og ideelt for både vandreture i området, restaurantbesøg og besøg i de andre byer langs Comosøen. Husk at handle på forhånd:-)

We had an amazing time at Sinead's place! The house is spacious, clean and comfortable – ideal for bigger groups of friends or families. The garden is great and has amazing views of the lake. It's a couple of minutes from the house, up and down some stairs, but it's perfect for al fresco meals if you don't mind carrying your food over. The house is only a very short walk from a quiet and pretty beach, a local bar with delicious cappuccinos is only 5 minutes away, and a small shop is 15 minutes away by foot. Lezzeno is a beautiful village and so much nicer than the bigger, more touristic towns. We loved hiking to the gelateria (about 3km) and taking the water taxi back to our local beach. Overall an unforgettable stay!

AMAZING! First, Sinead is the queen of quick response. It felt like we were talking in real time...her replies were that fast! Sinead's gorgeous house is in a private area with steps down to Lake Como and a private terrace for drinking wine, eating and watching the beautiful spectacle of the lake and it's surroundings. The home is elegant and very well designed. It is in an old stone structure and they have renovated the interior beautifully and simply. Three levels, three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry, full kitchen and large dining table. None of us wanted to leave!!! Also, the restaurant near them sits on the lake and has incredible local fish and wine that is very well priced with great service.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekt auch für größere Gruppen, da es wirklich genug Platz gibt ohne dass man sich auf die Füße tritt! Sinead und Daniel waren sehr hilfreich und tolle Gastgeber!
